Coaches: In order for a player
to participate in this tournament you'll need to submit an offficial roster prior to your first scheduled game.
Roster will be frozen once your first game is completed. Note that players may play on one team only and may not play down
a grade.
Also, only those listed on your team will be insured by our company's secondary medical issurance
policy. We'll need the complete names and addresses of players for insurance requirements. NOTE: Players not listed
as required will not be covered. Insurance provided by the Camp Team. Thank you for your cooperation!
